Futuro de la alimentación de los peces en granjas marinas

Resumen


La producción de peces en sistemas intensivos y semi-extensivos se basa en gran medida en el empleo de piensos secos adecuados que originen un crecimiento rápido y rentable. La existencia de buenos piensos comerciales ha permitido el incremento en la producción en la mayoría de especie, al menos hasta hace 3-4 años, tras los que por motivos de crisis mundial, regulación de mercados, competencia desleal, etc, el precio de venta de muchas especies se ha reducido y los márgenes de beneficio ya no son buenos.
